With 11 games on Wednesday’s NBA schedule, it’s going to be a long night of basketball. Unless you’re on the West coast, you’ll likely need to decide whether you’d rather rest or stay up and sweat the late game on the slate.
The Golden State Warriors come into this contest against the Charlotte Hornets in red-hot form, with a 5-1 record. Only the Memphis Grizzlies have gotten by Stephen Curry and the Warriors up until this point, and that win came in overtime.
Charlotte has been playing good basketball as well, amassing a 5-3 record that has featured 100-point outings in all but one game thus far. The only game where the Hornets didn’t eclipse the century mark came against the Heat, when they scored 99 points.
Despite their superb record, the Warriors are only 3-3 against the spread, while the Hornets are 5-3 ATS. Games involving the two teams have gone over the total in eight of 14 games, an abnormally high amount for the NBA this year.
