The Hawks face off against the Wizards in NBA Cup action tonight.

The Hawks still can win the group with a big win here before their final game, but they need point differential.

I expect them to play their best players as much as possible.

Okongwu slides into a bench spot with Porzingis back, but he should still get plenty of opportunities.

This matchup against the Wizards is soft, they’re weak at the center position, with mainly just Sarr down low, and if Okongwu is coming off the bench, they will see less minutes on the floor together.

Okongwu averages 23.6 PR with Porzingis in the lineup, and this is a clear pace-up spot against the Wizards, who play at the 4th-fastest pace in the league.

Pick: Onyeka Okongwu Over 21.5 Points + Rebounds (-115)

This NBA system identifies regular season matchups where efficient but undervalued teams face opponents with poor defensive metrics.

When a team’s underlying performance indicators, such as Pythagorean strength, exceed public perception, the betting market often undervalues them against weak defensive opponents who allow high scoring efficiency.

These games typically feature modest moneylines that signal balance but overlook the defensive mismatch.

Slight movement toward the undervalued side reinforces that bettors are slowly recognizing the edge, yet the market remains mispriced.

Over recent seasons, this pattern has rewarded teams whose true performance levels are masked by variance while exploiting opponents that consistently fail to contain efficient offenses, creating a steady opportunity on the moneyline.

Austin Reaves Over 4.5 Rebounds (+135)

By Nick Galaida

Last season, Reaves averaged five rebounds per 36 minutes with both Luka Doncic and LeBron James on the floor, recording 5+ rebounds in 14 of 26 games with both players active (including nine of 13 games on one day of rest).

According to the RotoGrinders CourtIQ tool, Reaves is averaging 5.7 rebounds per 36 minutes in such situations since James returned from injury this season.

He’s recorded five rebounds on eight rebound chances, and 10 rebounds on 15 rebound chances in those two games.

Tonight, Reaves will get to face a Clippers team that ranks 19th in rebounds allowed to guards this season and 20th during the month of November.

This is tremendous value.

Pick: Austin Reaves Over 4.5 Rebounds (+135)
