PropBetGuy’s Tuesday NBA Player Props: Jrue Holiday Should See Usage Bump

Since the beginning of December, Jrue Holiday is averaging 25.9 points and assists in the 31 starts he’s had with Giannis Antetokounmpo in the lineup. His success rate on this line is just a shade under 50% (going over in 15 of 31 games).

The kicker tonight is that the Bucks will be without Khris Middleton. Over the last three months, Holiday has played more than 300 minutes without his All-Star teammate on the court. In that time, he sees a whopping 6% usage increase, as well as an additional 5.7 points and assists per 36 minutes.

Even in a tough individual matchup against Alex Caruso, Holiday should see enough volume, similar to Fred VanVleet last night. I have Holiday projected at 29 points and assists tonight.
