Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 7.5 Assists

Timberwolves vs. Thunder, 8:30 p.m. ET

After losing by 42 points in Game 3, Oklahoma City needed a big-time performance from its MVP to return home with a 3-1 lead.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander delivered with a near triple-double, going for 40 points, nine rebounds, and 10 assists. It was his third game with at least eight assists in this series.

Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging 8.3 assists and 13 potential assists per game in this series.

Unfortunately, eight assists is no longer available at plus-odds like it was earlier in the series.

However, it is understandable with the hit-rate against Minnesota.

Gilgeous-Alexander has had eight assists in eight of his last 10 games against the Timberwolves. I do not see much reason for that to change tonight.

Pick: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 7.5 Assists (-115, Fanatics)

Chet Holmgren Over 15.5 Points

Timberwolves vs. Thunder, 8:30 p.m. ET

In Game 1, Chet Holmgren narrowly cleared his 14.5 points line with 15 points.

He has gotten a little bit of separation more recently with 20 points in two of his last three games. That includes 21 points in Game 4 when each of the Thunder's Big 3 went over 20 points.

This postseason, Holmgren is averaging 16 points per game and 17 per game in this series. He can reach this number with an average game.

His chances will increase if he maintains his volume. He is averaging 11.8 field goal attempts per game in this series and took 17 shots in Game 2 and 14 shots in Game 4.

Holmgren is shooting 48% from the field in the playoffs and 55% in this series. Additionally, fellow Isaiah Hartenstein has not looked at the basket much of late and his minutes have gone down.

That opens up more opportunities and minutes as Holmgren as the lone big on the floor for Oklahoma City and should help him reach 16 points tonight. He is also +235 on Fanatics for 20 points tonight.

Pick: Chet Holmgren Over 15.5 Points (-115, Fanatics)
