Rockies vs Marlins MLB Betting Preview
This might be the worst series baseball has seen in a decade.
I’m backing the Marlins and fading the 9-50 Rockies.
I’m uncertain if the Rockies will win 25 games. They’re arguably the worst team of our lifetime.
Although the Marlins are far from an elite team, you can’t bet the Rockies to win any game this year. So, I’ll fade them and take the Fish.
The combined ERA of these two starting pitchers is nearly 12. Rockies starter German Marquez accounts for 7.13 of that mark.
Miami’s bats haven’t been awful this season. The Fish have two excellent power hitters in Kyle Stowers and Agustin Ramirez — I expect Ramirez to hit a dinger or two in this series.
Altogether, I expect the team with double-digit wins to get some runs on the board and piece together a victory.
